Most of the below is due to Brendan McKay (some small additions/editing by me).

Here is some information on the "false verses", Sura 9:128-129.

First the text:

LQd JA'kM RsWL MN ANFskM @zYz @LYh MA @NtM HRYS
     @LYkM BALMWMNYN R'WF RHYM.

FAN tWLWA FQL HsBY ALLh LA ALh ALA hW @LYh tWkLt
     WhW RB AL@R$ AL@ZYM.

The transliteration scheme is idiosyncratic:

(1) The number of letters is 114=19*6 if hamza is counted.
(Sometimes Khalifa does count hamza, though not always.)

(2) The total value of the first and last letters of each word
is 3667 = 19*193. However, it seems not to be completely
objective how to break the verses into words.

(3) The total value of the first and last letters of the verses
    (L+M+F+M) is 190 = 19*10.

(4) The 19th word is "Allah".

(5) The total number of verses in the 9th and 9th-last sura is a
multiple of 19 if 9:128-9 are included, but not if they are not.

(6) Using the numbers of words in each verse and the verse numbers:
    14 128 15 129 = 19*74358691.

(7) The Sura number (9), the verse numbers (128 129), the total numbers
of words (29), letters (114) and numerical value (6778), then the
    number of disputed verses (2).

    9 128 129 29 114 6778 2 = 19*4804278574287778.

[verse 128 has gematrical value 2896 and verse 129 is worth 3882 ]

(8) The verse numbers, the letter counts, the numerical values:
    128 129 60 54 2896 3882 = 19*6743663443629678.

(9) The difference (8)-(7) is actually divisible by 19*19.
    128 129 60 54 2896 3882 - 9 128 129 29 114 6778 2 = 36848312517496100
    and 36848312517496100 = 2*2 * 5*5 * 19*19 * 1020728878601
(which incidentally has double prime factors of 2, 5 and 19).
